Hello Gators and Happy New Year! We are gearing for the 2024 season and want to share some important dates:

(1) Season Registration:

Gator registration will open March 4^th and close on March 15^th https://kingsgategators.swimtopia.com/

(2) Season Dates: Save the dates! Midlakes has finalized the season schedule early this year.

• Mandatory Team Meeting: Monday, May 6^th
• First day of Practice: Tuesday, May 28^th
• Regular Season Meets: There will be 10 meets this year (June 18, 20, 25, 27, July 2, 5, 9, 11, 16, 18)
• Division Champs Meet: July 20 at Rolling Hills
• League Champs Meet: July 28 at KCAC

(3) Gator Pod: We are excited to announce the return of the Gator Pod. The Gator Pod program is designed to give kids 4 to 6 years of age the chance to learn the sport and competition of summer league swimming. This program is NOT swim lessons. The structure will be practice two days a week and participating in 2-3 home meets, in which they race a single 25-yard freestyle. The goal for this program is to teach new swimmers how to swim freestyle across the pool without stopping and without assistance during a race. The Gator Pod will be an opportunity for new swimmers to practice racing before heading into the 8 & under age group. If you are interested in this program, please complete the google form that will be posted on the website during the registration window.
