HOME OF THE GATORS!

The Kingsgate Gators Swim Team thrives on the support and involvement of our families. To ensure the success of each meet, we rely on over 50 volunteers for every home event. Additionally, we are also responsible for providing timers and officials for away meets, including Championship meets, as required by Midlakes.

To maintain fairness and teamwork, we ask that every Gator family share this responsibility. Each family will contribute around 10-12 volunteer hours per season.

Your support is what makes our team successful, and we truly appreciate your commitment to the Gators!

Each season, various positions and roles which are critical to running the team are assigned specific point values based on their responsibilities. At the start of each season, the Family Participation Coordinator will estimate the number of points that each family is expected to contribute.

For the 2026 Season, we need each family to contribute 7 points.

Below is a great way to easily review what you have signed up for and how many total points you have. Log into your account on the Gators home page > select welcome button > click "My Account" > view your signs ups and points. 

Sign-ups happen through the Team Calendar. Once an event is open for sign-ups, a green button appears next to the event.

All Jobs will be opened for signup on May 19th at 9PM

All Jobs will be closed for signups on June 2nd at 9PM

The Family Participation Coordinator will assign any open positions to families who still need to fulfill their participation commitment.

Any family unable to fulfill a particular assignment is responsible for finding a substitute for that position.
