Dear Gator Families,

This is a friendly reminder about our Mandatory Team Meeting happening on Thursday, May 1 from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM at John Muir Elementary.

New this year: We're hosting this as an open house-style event, so feel free to drop by anytime between 7:00 and 8:00 PM. Here's what to expect:

• Meet your coaches and connect with other families
• Try on the new team swimsuit
• Sign up for Swimmingly and complete SafeSport 
• Learn about the season’s goals, expectations, and volunteer opportunities

For new families: Please plan to spend about 90 minutes getting oriented.
For returning families: You’ll move through quickly with familiar stops.

📌 Important Notes:

• Swimmers will need to discuss their goals for the season with their coach.
• Each family earns 1 volunteer point by attending. Those not in attendance will need to make up this point during the season.
• Swimmers: Please wear underwear when trying on swimsuits.
• Make sure to complete SafeSport training prior to or at the meeting.
