Meet declarations are now open for the upcoming Kingsgate Invitational on June 6th

- Declaration Deadline: May 31th at 9:00 PM

Meet Declaration Overview:

• Declaration for all meets will be opening soon.
• You can choose to declare for the entire season at once or go week-by-week.
• Weekly declaration deadline: Friday before each meet at 8:00 PM.
• By declaring "Will Attend", you are committing to stay for all of your swimmer’s events at the meet.
• Late declarations will not be accommodated.

How to Declare on Swimmingly:

1. Log in to the Swimmingly Clubhouse
2. Click on "Meet Schedule" in the left-hand menu
3. Click on each individual meet and RSVP as “Will Attend” or “Will Not Attend”

You will also receive a separate email from Swimmingly as each meet becomes available for declaration.

Event & Relay Information:

• Coaches will select swimmer events and relay teams
• Relays are earned and based on many factors including but not limited to swimmer participation, practice attendance, and team needs

Please declare your swimmer’s attendance as soon as possible to help our coaches with planning. If you already know your swimmer’s schedule, feel free to declare for the full season once all meets are open. Thank you for your support. Go Gators!
