Greetings Gators Families,

6/22: Morning Practices start
Please review your age group time:
15 & over: 6:00 - 7:20 am (M - F)
13-14: 7:00 - 8:10 am (M- F)
11-12: 7:50 - 9:00 am (M - F)
9-10: 8:30 - 9:15 am (M - F)
8 & Under: 9:10 - 9:45 am (M- F)
*Yes there is practice on Fridays

6/23: Away Meet - We will be hosted by the Plateau Club. Warm ups are at 5:15 for Gators, the meet starts at 6pm. Our website also has away meet information (from last year). If we receive additional/updated information from the away team, it will be forwarded on ASAP.
6/25: Home Meet - We will be hosting Plateau Club. Our website has all the home meet information. Please review and plan accordingly. The pool/parking lot will open at 4:15 for set up, warm ups are at 4:45 for Gators, the meet starts at 6pm. Food trucks are listed on the team calendar. Pizza Maniac is scheduled for this week.
*Any musical Gators who want to sing/perform the national anthem?
Meet Reminders…
Scratching: If you have an emergency or illness and cannot attend though you have declared attending, please DM the coaches on GroupMe or email ASAP.
Volunteers: If you are volunteering this week, you will receive a reminder/confirmation from participation. If there is a conflict, it is the volunteer’s responsibility to arrange for a substitute.
6/27: Swim Clinic - Optional opportunity for swimmers who want more practice on specific strokes, turns, and diving technique
- Two Time Options: 9:00-10:20 OR 10:25-11:45
- Select one time slot for each swimmer you are signing up. If you have multiple swimmers for the same slot, use other family members or reply to this email and we can add you.
- RSVP HERE (as if you are signing up for a job. Note: this will not count towards family participation point total and is only your RSVP for the event)
Status updates…
-Awards: Ribbons will be distributed in the boxes in the pool lobby over the next week or two as they become available. Each family has a file folder sorted by last name. A huge thank you to our ribbon lead Layne Barker for all work behind the scenes. From preparing to distributing the ribbons for both our Gators and the visiting teams. We hope your swimmers love earning these tokens of their hard work — they’re a reflection of the effort they bring to practice and meets each week.
- Team Merch: The merch order has been received and distributed to families. If you did not receive your order yet, please reach out.
- Stanchions: The backstroke stanchions anchors are in the process of being replaced…still.
